| The Board of Directors of the Hong Kong Fur Federation is pleased to announce that the Federation has been relocated to a new office in March. An opening ceremony of the new office was held on 1 June 2006. The Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Directors of the Federation joined with a number of attending guests celebrated the opening of the office with champagne after a traditional Roasted Pig Cutting Ceremony. The Roasted Pig Cutting Ceremony represents good fortune and brings prosperity to the industry all year round. Many members and business associates sent flowers to congratulate the opening of the new office and some, in lieu of flowers, sent donations to the Federation's scholarship for design students. Wong expressed that with this expanded and better equipped office, the Federation would
continue providing members with high quality services and promoting the development of the
fur industry. |

本年三月，香港毛皮業協會邁向新里程，遷往更大的新辦事處，理事會並於六月一日舉行新辦事處的揭幕儀式。 揭幕當日，理事會主席帶領副主席及理事仝人進行傳統的切金豬儀式，喻意毛皮業長年興旺，大展鴻圖。同時，一眾理事並與到賀的會員及嘉賓以香檳祝酒，共賀商會辦事處正式啟用。 會員及商界友好為恭賀商會喬遷之喜，紛紛致送花籃及代金，所得之捐款並將全數撥入商會之教育基金。 商會主席王象志先生表示，商會遷往這個設備完善的新辦事處後，將繼續致力為會員提供高質素的服務，為香港毛皮業拓展商機。 |
